Approach
Connectivity without skills is wasted infrastructure, and skills without connectivity have nowhere to be applied. This pillar pairs digital infrastructure with digital literacy, coding, CAD/BIM, e-commerce and data-analysis training, targeting every major market, school, health facility and government facility ahead of the proposed SEZ designation.
