How Engagement Works

Project-by-Project, Not Unrestricted Funding Requests

Every project brought to a development partner is documented with a defined problem, proposed solution, beneficiary estimate, infrastructure and financing requirements, government and private-sector contribution, implementation timeline and measurable outcomes, the same discipline expected of any credible investment proposal.
