Your Mission

Give Your Time a Purpose

We don't want volunteers simply standing behind a candidate. We want people who are willing to help build something.

Listen to residents

Document community problems

Identify economic opportunities

Understand what businesses and workers need

Contribute ideas

Support policy research

Develop proposed bills

Communicate practical solutions

Connect with young people and women

Support community events

Help build a constituency that understands what its representative should deliver

This is about building a stronger Nnewi South, not simply winning an election.

The Volunteer Network

Where the Work Happens

1

Polling-Unit Coordinators

  • Helping residents access campaign information
  • Documenting legitimate logistical issues
  • Coordinating volunteers
  • Supporting lawful election-day observation
  • Maintaining communication with the constituency team

Youth & Student Outreach

Help build the next generation of Nnewi South.

Focused on listening to young people and students and understanding their priorities: employment, apprenticeships, technical education, digital skills, entrepreneurship, technology, education, sports and recreation, and access to opportunities. Volunteers help young people participate in developing the constituency's future rather than simply treating them as campaign supporters.

5

Women's Outreach

Listen to the women powering our communities and economy.

Engage with market women, traders, farmers, entrepreneurs, professionals, mothers, young women and community organisations. Document their economic and social priorities and feed those experiences into the campaign's policy development: women's enterprise, financial inclusion, digital payments, skills, agriculture, healthcare, childcare, education and economic security.

6

Business & Artisan Outreach

Listen to the people who produce and trade.

Engages directly with traders, farmers, artisans, manufacturers, small businesses, transport operators, professionals and entrepreneurs, asking one simple question: "What is stopping your work or business from growing?" The answers inform infrastructure priorities, economic policy, proposed legislation, SME programmes, market development, power strategy, skills programmes and investment proposals.

Events & Logistics Team

Make the movement work on the ground.

Supports community meetings, town halls, policy discussions, volunteer training, constituency events, venues, equipment, registration, scheduling and logistics. This team ensures that ideas can become real community engagement.

From Campaign to Civic Network

This Should Not End With Election Day.

The volunteer network we build should become something bigger than an election organisation. After the election, this network can evolve into a constituency civic network that helps residents:

Track legislative commitments
Monitor development priorities
Document community needs
Participate in public consultations
Follow constituency projects
Contribute ideas
Measure progress
Hold elected representatives accountable
A representative should not disappear after election day.

The relationship between the constituency and its representative should continue throughout the entire term.

How It Works

Listen. Document. Develop. Deliver.

01

Listen

Go into communities and understand what people are experiencing.

02

Document

Record problems, ideas, evidence and opportunities.

03

Develop

Turn what we learn into bills, policies, projects and development proposals.

04

Deliver & Track

Pursue implementation and continue monitoring what government delivers.

Don't volunteer just to help someone win. Volunteer to help build a constituency that knows what it needs, knows what it should demand, and knows how to measure whether its leaders delivered.

Nnewi South belongs to its people.

Let's build its future together.
