Objective
Establish statewide standards, staffing and financing for primary healthcare centres, and lead by revamping every primary healthcare centre in Nnewi South I as the first delivery point.
Approach
A productive economy needs a healthy workforce. This pillar draws on the development model associated with Peter Obi's tenure as Governor of Anambra State and his subsequent national platform, which emphasised sustained investment in healthcare and education as the foundation of human development, applied here through statewide legislation and a Nnewi South I-led implementation programme.
