Objective

To give every participant across Anambra State a defined, trackable pathway from skills assessment to employment or enterprise.

Implementation Phases

Step 1

Assessment

Participants are assessed for aptitude and interest against priority technical skill areas.

Step 2

Training

Structured training is delivered through partner vocational centres.

Step 3

Apprenticeship

Trainees are placed with Participating Employers under structured apprenticeship terms.

Step 4

Certification

Competency assessment leads to formal certification.

Step 5

Employment / Enterprise

Certified participants move into employment or start their own enterprise, supported by the Local Enterprise Development Bill.

Institutional Role

Delivered through partner vocational institutions and the Industry Partnership register, with annual metrics published on the Accountability Dashboard.
