Objective

To sequence transport investment in Utuh, Ukpor and Osumenyi by a published order of economic priority.

Description

Implements the Economic Transport Planning Bill and Rural-to-Market Connectivity Bill as a mobility plan for Utuh, Ukpor and Osumenyi.

    Roads and links serving the markets of Utuh, Ukpor and Osumenyi.

    Routes connecting residential communities in the three towns to employment centres.

    Farm-to-aggregation and farm-to-market routes.

    Routes serving existing industrial and manufacturing clusters.

    Transport planning aligned with the SEZ Master Plan.

Institutional Role

Coordinated with local government transport authorities and the relevant State ministry of works.
